Your account
Keep your password and Pixel API key private. Pixel has its own account, purchases and credit balance. It does not include a Fliper Studio subscription. You must be 18 or older, or use the service with a parent or guardian's consent and supervision.
Credits and generations
The price appears in credits before generation. Credits pay for Pixel generation and store purchases and do not expire. A failed generation is refunded to your Pixel balance automatically. A completed result you do not like still counts as used. Payment is confirmed by the payment provider; returning from checkout does not itself add credits.
Using generated art
Between you and us, you retain the rights to your creations to the extent the law allows. You may use them in commercial games. AI results may resemble other results; we do not guarantee copyright protection or exclusivity. You are responsible for respecting third-party rights and the disclosure rules of the store where you publish.
Buying and selling sprites
Creators must own the rights to the items they submit and label AI-made art honestly. Items are checked and reviewed before publication. Buyers may use purchased sprites in their games, including commercial games, but may not resell the files on their own. CC0 items keep their CC0 license.
The creator receives 80% of a sale and Pixel retains 20%. Payouts are arranged manually by Pix or PayPal. Creators are responsible for applicable taxes. Prices, licenses and available files are shown in the store.
Refunds and support
Your statutory consumer rights apply. Write to the contact above for refund requests, billing problems, or help with your account. Refunded credit purchases reverse the corresponding credits. If those credits were already spent, the balance may become negative.
Acceptable use and availability
Do not submit illegal content, violate others' rights, bypass billing, misuse another person's key, or abuse the service. We may remove items or suspend accounts that do so. The service depends on hosting, payment and generation providers and may be temporarily unavailable.
Account data
Read the Privacy Policy. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your data. Brazilian law applies, subject to mandatory consumer rights where you live.
